Turkey Burn Workout

According to the American Council on Exercise, the average adult consumes 3,000 calories and 229 grams of fat in one Thanksgiving meal. I have created a heart pumping Turkey Burn Circuit to shed off those extra calories and help you maintain your fitness goals!

Turkey Burn Circuit
50 Mountain Climbers
20 Air Squats
10 Plank Reach
10 ea. Dynamic Lunges
5 Burpees
 
20 Minute A.M.R.A.P.
(As Many Rounds As Possible)
 
Complete the Turkey Burn Circuit at least once (but twice is better) either Thursday, November 24th, Friday, November 25th, and/or Saturday, November 26th .
