Group Training Descriptions
At Studio Fitness you don’t see rows of cardio equipment. We use more effective (and more fun) ways to do “cardio”. In our Metabolic Group sessions you will build muscle, strengthen your core, burn calories, get your metabolism revving and get the cardiovascular benefits you want. You’ll find your inner athlete, with the support of a group, while getting the individualized attention you need.
Research has shown that interval cardio training is the most effective for fat loss. We’ve taken it up a notch and incorporated exercises in multiple planes of motion, using a variety of equipment such as Suspension trainers, kettlebells, ropes, sandbags, medicine balls, and more into a High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout.
You’ll have a blast and you’ll torch fat!
As the name implies, this training gets down to the basics. The focus is to develop a strong foundation of strength, balance & body awareness.
We take a fundamental form used in movement, such as a squat, and breakdown each piece of the movement to its components.
Those components are then worked on specifically so clients can fully understand what the movement is, what muscles are being used, and identify any asymmetries that may be hindering their progress.

Ou Mobility Program is designed to help you move efficiently and effectively without placing undue stress on the body.
A focus is placed on correcting movement patterns in order to improve the range of motion in our muscles and joints.
Join us every Friday morning to reduce inflammation, prevent injuries and move pain-free!
Our Yoga Strong Program is part of the hatha tradition, presented in the Vinyasa style. We tie poses together to create strength, flexibility, and balance for every Body.
Like all of our small group personal trainings', Yoga Strong is based on sound exercise science and offers a warm up segment, workout & strength segment and restorative finish.
Appropriate for all ages and levels of fitness. This hour is a time to increase range of motion, mobility and strength.
It also gives you the tools to increase focus and simply connect with YOU more deeply.
